As an English Teacher, I have some responsible to teach and educate the students in the school. I should give them the knowledge of another language, educate them to have good characters. The approaches, technique, or learning media must be appropriate with them. So, I analyze learning needs and target needs of the students. I also try to make a fun atmosphere for them by using game.
